Why Replenish With Us

The micro-restorative practices reminded me to slow down and take time for myself throughout the day to take care of my basic needs instead of just powering through and putting my patient’s needs always before my own.

CLINICAL CARE NURSE, University of Washington Medical Center

It’s been hard lately. I can feel myself becoming hardened, working on this unit where everyone is always dying. Doing these practices with you is helpful. I like how the practices are relatable and use terms we understand.

CLINICAL CARE NURSE, University of Washington Medical Center

I have learned to identify and embrace activities that engage my heart, mind, and soul, and in doing so, created a unique self-care “toolbox” for myself.

NURSING DIRECTOR, Yale New Haven Hospital

I love this programI feel refreshed and relaxed and ready to face my responsibilities again.
